Motion design wasn’t the plan.

I’ve always enjoyed making things by hand, and that instinct eventually led me to art. I was drawn to Japan for its craftsmanship, sculptural thinking, and the idea of creating something that could stand on its own as a piece of work.

Now, instead of tools in my hands, I work with a keyboard and mouse. The medium changed, but the mindset didn’t. I still approach digital work with the same care, intention, and attention to form.

A strong image usually comes first. It helps me shape the concept, define the direction, and communicate an idea without having to explain too much. I’m interested in creating visually distinctive work built on that balance between instinct and craft.

Today, I bring that approach into motion design, with an interest in advertising, film, and other motion-driven work.
